Vacations are awesome! But they also suck on our weight loss goals. We have an issue at my house where we eat out all weekend. Last night it was McDonalds and Wendy , and since it was my low carb day I picked a salad.

If you want to indulge I have read somewhere when you are at a restaurant to ask them to serve you half and box the other half before it comes to you. This way you don't feel obligated to eat the whole thing but you still get to eat it a portion. Restaurant portions are made for 2 whole meals or more now adays. We have a few more weeks on this diet bet. I am sure you can reach your goal this week. Keep your head up , drink lots of water, do a turbo or fit carb cycle to get your body back on tract along with the 9 min mission and shredders. You will be back on track in no time.

Thanks Gigglesgurl7014!!! I'm probably gonna make one 6-month challenge, but not the other. Weigh-in for one is between tomorrow & 8/4. If I can lose 7-10 between those 2 days, I can do it!!! LOL!!!
