You will get it right! I've done the same thing many times. I remember how stuffed I felt afterwards and that's not a good thing! No one is perfect so get back with the program and forgive yourself. I've been trying to treat myself some along the way so I don't feel so deprived. I love chips and salsa with a margarita so I've been having one or two a month. I share my favorite mexican plate with my husband which is his favorite also. I usually skip the tortilla but this week I felt like having one. Knock on wood but this seems to be working for me . I have a cruise coming up in December so I hope I will do better than I did last time. Your story reminded me of myself! Lol. You're really doing great! Already conquering the damage and you'll remember this on your next vacation. Sure you'll indulge more than the norm but once you're back home a little extra exercise and watching your calories will get you right back where you want to be. Best of luck on round three!
