Crazy week! Had a gallery opening last night - again, so tempting to drink all the free wine and eat all the cheese, but held off! Still fighting this bug, I passed out at 9:30 with all the lights on. 

 

Thursday 2/19

Sleep 7 hours

Walk 5.4 miles, strength training, power walk 20 min on treadmill

Lemon water, 5 green teas, 2 oolong teas, kombucha

Green smoothie

Lemon chicken, broccoli, kale 

Yogurt

A couple olives and pickles, 5 mini cheese cubes (sooo good)

Chicken sausage, bok choy, kimchi

Half an apple, 1 serving pistachios (finished them, no more overdoing it!)
