Yeah I have his book! I absolutely love it! I also get emails from him. I'm doing a "Beach Body Guide" workout that's famous on Instagram. It includes Resistance/Circuit training, Low Intensity Steady Speed, High Intensity Interval Training, and Recovery/Stretch days. It's absolutely wonderful and a challenge right now. I'm documenting my journey through instagram, and tracking my proper calorie intake on MyFitnessPal. How about you?
