Lately ive been struggling with the fact that i feel like id be fine without a cheat meal but have made it a habit/tradition to have that cheat in there on sunday. So like i wouldnt even be craving anything unhealthy and do it anyway just because its what i do on sundays. Any tips??

See how you feel if you just don't do it! Your progress will go much quicker if you have it. If you feel deprived have a small cheat something instead like a high end chocolate bar. It's far less calories than a whole meal. If you're eating out and spending money try booking a mani or pedi on Sunday instead
