We are almost 2 months into the dietbet and I really haven't made any progress which is all due to my lack of consistency with exercise and eating healthy, excess binging and eating when not hungry, plus finding and losing my motivation multiples per day. Despite this, I haven't given up. I still plan to meet my goal of 136lb come July. I have gained 30 lbs in the past 2 years due to multiple reasons/excuses, which makes me not feel great about myself.
Despite my long list of motivators:
My health (hypothyroidism, family hx of ostepenia, depression)
To be an example for my young girls
A whole closet full of clothes that do not fit (want to comfortably fit in my M size tops and my size 8/10 pants)
Running the Hospital Hill 10k June 6th
Taking care of this one body that I have been given.
I want to be a runner again.
Race Cyclo -ross next fall.
Run the 1.7 miles to and from the gym each morning as my cardio.
Commute by bike 2 times per week.
Obain 10,000 steps per day.
Be a role model for my patients.

I seem to lose sight of why I want to lose this weight on a daily basis due to lack of accountability. So, I have decided that I'll write a quick blog each weekend discussing my accomplishments, make sure to record my foods in MyFitness Pal, sink my Fitbit to MyFitness Pal daily, and just check in daily on my DietBet group. Also, I'll continue to take advantage of Sisters of the Shrinking Jeans monthly challenges.
My meal plan for the week is done. I know what my training program is for each day. Now I must just DO IT!
