Carrie! I feel like you are my weight loss twin. My goal weight is 136. I gained 30 pounds in the last few years, for several reasons, none that are "good reasons" or reasons I cannot lose weight. I too want to be healthy and set a good example for my patients. My patients have made my eating habits better, but I'm still inconsistent with exercise. I have a closet fill of size 8 pants that I'd love to wear again. I too want to be a runner again. I ran a marathon in 2013 but haven't thought about running until this dietbet. Now I miss it. Reading this had made me feel like I am reading about my challenges, my life. I had a bad week this week. Starting with valentines day and through my birthday. Today is a new day though and I'm starting this week clean. Thank you for the inspiration! I'm cheering you on. I hope you have a great day!

Thanks!! I didn't start my day off too great. I couldn't pull myself out of bed at 5 am to get my workout in. But I am doing 50 minutes of cardio tonight, just not what I had planned. But, that's okay! It's better than nothing! I did pack all my food for the entire day. So that's a plus. I'm glad to have found my weight loss twin. We can keep each other in check!! :)
