Such a relaxing weekend! Went upstate to get away from the city and relax finally. It's so rare I take a day to not do anything and just rest, this was so refreshing.

Walk .6, yoga at the house

Lemon water, 2 green tea, dandelion tea, 2 oolong teas

Green juice

Salmon, spiralized parnsips, arugula salad

4 tbsp almond butter

Homemade chicken vegetable soup
