Ok so today was a great day!!! And it totally didn't start off that way!!! First off I was super tired from oversleeping so much and still super sore from dancing. So biking to work was a chore. But after this morning's news that I'd gained everything that I lost I decided it was time to out my butt into gear!!
So. I got home got ready to run and just left. It's amazing what you can do when you just tell yourself you have to do it and you have no other option. Lol. My run was excellent I was proud of running for over 30 mins during my hour jog. I got home drank my protein shake and started working on dinner. Took a shower. Ate dinner and felt like a new person. Today served to remind me that it's up to you to change your day around. I'm not gonna lie it takes effort but it's worth it!!!

- lunch: lotus root salad, pork, rice, veggie soup
- dinner: chicken stir fry, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes
- snack: protein shake
sleep: 12+ hours it was awful
water: 2 liters
excercise: 1 hour run, 15000 steps
