I woke up really energetic today. It's hard to tell whether it's because I'm sleeping 7 hours, eating better, exercising or just plain drinking water. I just have to convince myself that it's a mix of all of these and keep it up. I pretty much have my weekdays figured out. I just need to get my weekends sorted.
Today proved to be a pretty stressful day at school but thankfully I don't have to take any of it back home with me. I could just leave work at work. Running helps. It's 10:20 and I'm sleepy lol this is the price I have to pay of I want to wake up at 6:15 am everyday. I don't really mind though.
Day 9:
Nutrition:
- Breakfast: overnight oats, dried cranberries, Greek yogurt, almonds
- Lunch: 2 fried fish fillet, vegetable soup, lotus root and beef salad, some rice
- Snack: 3 boiled egg whites, protein shake
- Dinner: salmon, sweet potatoes, broccoli, salad
Sleep: 7 hours
Exercise: 1 hour jog/walk
Water: 2.5 liters
