Yesterday was a really shit day. I started off in a bad mood because I didn't get enough sleep. Going to school on my bike was a real effort. Work was tough as well. The kids were behaving badly and I didn't have the energy to even try to get them under control so that just worsened my mood. I really didn't want to be at work. I had told myself the day before that I would take a cross training day and take a break from running for the sake of my knees but I couldn't even bring myself to do the 30 day shred. So I opted for a walk instead. At least I had to complete the 10,000 steps. I was pleased to find out that walking briskly is considered a form of cross training.
After my walk I felt a bit better. I made dinner. Salmon, califlower, and spinach tomato salad with my own dressing. After that I did laundry and listened to a couple of lessons on coursera. It ended up being an ok day. To be honest it just needed to end. I am looking forward to making day 12 (today) MUCH better. :)

- Lunch: Salmon, some wierd cucumber salad (still good though), daikon soup, some rice with seaweed, drinkable yogurt
- Dinner: Leftover chicken stirfry, salmon, cauliflower, spinach and tomato salad
- Snack: Milk

Water: 2 Liters (about)
Excercise: 11,113 steps; rest day
