Hello hello, 

 

Sooo yesterday did not go swimmingly.  I worked out really intensely so that was great, but then I had major PMS and just ate all the food.  Not even remotely paleo today but that's ok, it's not a religion, I embrace the 80/20 rule. To be fair, it was all real food, nothing really processed, so that's good.  I had dinner at my best friend's house and her fiancée is a chef, so oh well, I ate really well.  Now that it's almost March and I'm more aware of how much time is left, I think I'll be able to really power through the next two and a half weeks and stay 100% on track. Life is too short for regrets, I had such a fun night and ate incredible food! Except the almond butter - that is out of the house now, I can't come home to that when it's freezing and takes me an hour to walk/subway home, no more of that!

Sleep 7.5

Walk 4.1 miles, big time strength workout lifting heavy, sprints for 20 minutes

Lemon water, 2 green teas, detox tea, 2 oolong teas, matcha, coffee with coconut oil

Green juice, 2 tbsp almond butter

Salad - spinach, arugula, chicken, beets, caramelized onions, grilled kale, grilled portobellos, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, balsamic vinegar

Kombucha

4 slices turkey (1 serving)

Quite a lot of cheese (brie, some amazing sheep cheese, bleu cheese which is fermented and somehwat beneficial!), prosciutto, a few crackers

Amazing, delicious braised short rib over brown rice pasta with a little ricotta 

3 tbsp almond butter

1 serving chocolate
