So, as I mentioned before I am Carb Cycling, I am actually doing the Turbo Cycle which is to acheive most & quickest weight loss. It actually has a cheat day, yep, I have mine on Saturday.

I actually did not want to have a cheat day since I am doing so well with plan & weight loss but I did want to see how I did both with eating & the scale. And...it was good. One of my FAVORITE things is pizza, I know why, (insert long story :) as a kid we did not go out to eat very often but we did on birthdays and we would go to a Pizza Inn buffet and we thought it was the biggest deal to go out for 1 and the other was to be able to pick our own food! I know, I am still easily amused like that :)  But I have since forth loved pizza. So...got the kiddos pizza Saturday and had a small amount (compared to normal) made some gluten free cookies, had 1 cookie (again small amounr compared to before) and was SOOOOO proud of myself for not going overboard. Not like wooowhoo my cheat day lets go crazy.  I actually felt very disciplined. May seem small but for me HUGE.

Still was leary on the scale this morning I thought might jump back up but nope, was actually less!!!! Yipee Thank Chris & Heidi Powell for your awesome book, your show and your desire to help others. Honestly, seeing the episode is like therapy and an answer to prayer as I was praying for God's direction and wisdom on how to get this right this time.

And that is what I have been feeling, like my heart, mind and soul are peaceful and determined.

I still dislike with a passion seeing myself in mirror & photos because I still have soooo far to go but you know what, with God nothing is impossible and I do have a peace that I KNOW I CAN DO THIS and that right there is AWESOME!  :)
