The last couple of years I have been making changes to my life to improve the overall health... mentally as well as physically. I went back to a former employer. I changed my diet and exercise. I stopped complaining and making excuses.
Today is the first time in over 15 years that my weight was less than 300 pounds. I’m still in shock. In the past 14 months, I've lost 106 pounds. 106!
My day couldn’t get any better if woodland creatures showed up and cleaned my house while I sang.
