Non-scale victory of the week!

1st place I am 87 mile bike race that I rode alone in winds up to 30mph, some rain st the end, and a tire in bad shape. I made it to the finish!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I’m challenging myself to a week with no processed foods or added sugar. I’m staying away from starches like potatoes, rice, & bread.

Non-scale victory of the week!

3rd place in my category of a mountain bike race last week, 94 miles on my road bike yesterday, another big road bike ride next week. I’m feeling fit even though my weight goes up with muscle soreness
