It was a good day. It was freezing this morning so it was like 198789x more difficult for me to get up and I didn't get out of bed until 7am. Yikes. So I rushed through making breakfast and managed to get to work in time. BUT! I had first period off so I ate my delicious Warm Quinoa Cereal at a leisurely pace. ;)
Lunch yesterday was good. I probably had a bit too much of the sausage though. Like I know I shouldn't be eating too much sausage because my acid reflux starts acting up but they are so good! My body now feels satified with only a half a cup of rice. It took a whole three weeks for that to happen but it did! I know white rice is not bad but at school they serve so much of it and everything else I'm eating is so full of calories that I know I would be fine if I ate less rice anyway. Also I'm not much of a rice person unless I'm eating it with beans and that never happens here, lol.
I got home and put on my running shoes. Yesterday's run sucked. I'm not gonna lie. Like I just couldn't find my tempo you know? It was only 5K so I never really got the chance to find it. :/ Today I have an 8k scheduled so I'm looking forward to having a good run. Last night's dinner was great. All in all it was a good day.
