Good job getting your workout done HappyCake!!! I'm sorry to hear that you scraped the back of your foot, but do what you have to do to feel better. Also, apply something to that area so that you won't feel the rubbing. The last thing you need is to aggravate the scrape even more. If you do, it will make it almost impossible to get your exercise done without feeling more pain. Hopefully, you'll be able to get your workout on tomorrow. Good luck!!!
