It's Day 1 and I'm feeling good. I don't feel burdened by this challenge, instead I'm excited...

 

Alreayd hungry, lol.. But excited! My plan is to consume more veggies than I thought I could want, lol. That way I'll be full of fiber and remain full the majority of the day, while staying in my calorie limit.

 

Going to workout later tonight and enjoy that! This 10K has nothing on me!
