Great advice. I really should try tracking my food intake. Food is what my issue is. I exercise enough.. but eat enough to balance it out so I dont benefit! I will try that Fitness Pal app.... If I have to record all I eat, maybe I will think twice about that cookie... THANKS!!

I really like that you can scan the barcodes on food & most of the time it will pull up the info.
