Gone are the days (age 40) that I was a size 2 and 115 lbs. Now at 56 I a doing my best to get down to 145/148 from my current 158. I am a fitness instructor to boot! I do the diets, and then I purge on Girl Scout cookies. After all I will burn them off in my next gym session. Not anymore. I need to take control.

Sign in to CommentThe grocery shopping is done, the pictures and weigh is done. Now the rest is up to me. I am my biggest challenge. If I get in shape, lose some weight is dependent on me. Of course the support of some friends and this DietBet challenge will be a strong motivation.
I'm 49 and I've always been in the 130's until recently. I started this bet on Tuesday T 158 and I'm now 152. I've never had so much trouble getting back to the 130's and right now I'm begging for the 140's. I don't feel like i'm eating more or exercising less. I truly think it's got to be metabolism. I'm motivated to lose the weight and get back in my ever so tight jeans comfortably. Good luck!
