Good job! 10.6 pounds is a very good achievement! Not a lot of people can do the same! Weight loss is not about getting skinnier or losing weight, but it's a lifestyle. You need to make changes that will last. So that means, slowly reducing your junk foods, which you are already doing! :) Slow changes to your diet, and slow improvements to your activity will give you lasting results rather than sudden changes. I'm sure you'll stick to a healthier routine after your diet bet challenges because it takes 21 days to make a healthier habit. Let's both rock this month! :)

Yes! Healthy diet does make an impact. Even though I stopped at 22 days while doing the 30 Days Shred, but I kept up with the healthy eating and was still loosing 1lbish on the last week of the month with no regular exercise. Let's do this thing! :)
