So I am finishing month two of Diet Bet - many thanks to my pal Leeann for bringing me here! 27 pounds down and still trucking. Unbelievable. I just got through a temporary weight gain and I didn't quit! Staying true to the game, exercising like mad, and eating mostly unprocessed food for two months. That feels like such a victory to me! I'm not one who has lost all the weight many times just to gain it all back. I'm more the one who quits after a week.
So my next mini goal is to do the March bet with Jillian Michaels and work towards an awesome physical appt. scheduled in late April. They always get giddy at the doctor's office when I drop weight. :) Thank you to my supporters and for all those who post their kick butt exercise routines that always make me want to kick it up a notch. Feeling good!
