This is so awesome! I'm happy you are putting the time and energy into making the changes! When I counted calories before it was always hard for me to find a way to eat right and get my daily intake. I can suggest adding healthy fats to things that aren't usually worth a lot of calories (or points), like adding avocado to your salads. Good for you for going in to your brothers pizza party with confidence- that is the best possible way to fight temptation! Keep up the awesome work! Maybe we can share some recipes?
