#noexcuses changing the way we think from I can't to I can will get more done in the long run!! I'm constantly asked or told idk where you find the time. I find the time when I make #no-excuses dinner can wait 15 mins, the laundry can wait a day or two or three , cleaning can wait for an hour or in between activities. My house is a mess but I don't care it might not be spot less but it's collected and clean enough for me to make no excuses why I can't work out . I get up at 5am go to work a 6 I come home run the dog get my son off the bus and depending on what day it is, its a gym day or a karate day we are busy until 5pm every day of the week come home to light clean and cook dinner.I have a set schedule every day of the week. I will not miss a work out unless I absolutely have to and I WILL change my workout to stay motivated be it kickboxing, Zumba , a new class , floor exercise or going for a walk, but I have learned to stop saying I can't and lost the weight and gained the motivation I need to continue. Relaxing is for bedtime! Reach your goals and set new ones , never give up or feel discouraged pick yourself back up and go run like the wind, swim like a fish, dance like no ones watching, or hit as hard as you can ! Take one day at a time and you will reach your goals!
