Awesome! I totally failed last night but back at it this morning, and today is so far so good! I had trouble drinking my designated amount of water each day at first. The first thing I did was get a refillable, filtered water bottle that helps me measure my water intake. I got the Brita 20oz bottle (less than $10, comes with 2 filters and replacement filters are only a couple of bucks for a two pack), so off the bat I know that I have to drink at least 3 and a half of these a day (70oz) but I usually shoot for at least 6. Next I started keeping a full bottle next to my bed and I drink the entire thing before getting up every morning (that's one down- and really good for your skin!). From there I just try to finish a bottle full every time I eat, which also helps me register how full I am faster. Good luck!
