For those that are close enough, but it seems impossible try intermittent fasting for these a few days, and you will be find. Combine it with this healthy drink early in the morning: 5 cubs of papaya, 5 cubs of pineaple, the juice of 2 grapefruits, a stick of celery, and about 3oz of aloe vera. Bled all these, and drink it first thing in the morning. I lose almost a pound a day.
