Kristin, don't be sooo hard on yourself!!! We slip & fall for numerous reasons, but the main thing to do is get back on track to healthy eating & working on achieving your weight loss goal. Whenever I've tried to diet in the past, I constantly slipped & fell!! Since joining DietBet, I'm more focused & determined to win this battle.
