This is such a clever idea...making a game out of this! I am very excited. I turn 44 in August and want to be well on my way to my goal weight by then. Been doing 3 on and 1 off (workouts) since first of December and it's working really really well for me. I find I can do "one more day" to "earn" that day off without the guilt.
Enjoying the feeling of being a little sore on a different part of my body each day. Makes me feel strong, cuz I know sore = building new muscle. Now to just lift some fat from on top and let those muscle-e-o's SHINE through!
