So yesterday I was filling out my profile and one of the questions was "my approach to weight loss." I sat there wondering. I used to be really athletic. A jock, even. Then, in my 30's, I just kinda quit. It was slow. I hardly noticed.
Since I have hit my 40's, it has been a yo-yo. Gain and lose and gain and lose.
So what has to change, this time, is making this a lifestyle. A change in my entire mindset.
To me, this is more than a game. I am worth so much more than this. My health is the ultimate prize.
