I think I slept wrong last night or something. The whole left side of me felt super tight. I woke up yesterday at a decent time (6:30) but I couldn't walk out of bed because it was so cold T.T Thankfully I do all my meal prep on sunday. It takes me hours but its so worth it!!!! Rushing in the morning, as you know, sucks. My aim is to be able to get up and do my short runs (6km or less) in the morning and the longer ones for after work. But that is NOT happening until the weather is at least 10 degrees.
Lunch yesterday was rice. Lots of rice. Lots of unavoidable rice so I just ate all of it. I felt a good full after, not like I ate too much, which was nice.
I got home and I literally put on my clothes and went on my run. At the beginning it was super cold and I wish I had put on a sweater but by the end of the run I was sweating so I made a good choice. Dinner last night was good. I will probably need a carb next time with that too though because by the time it was 11PM (bedtime!) I was starting to feel kind of hungry but I just drank water and fell asleep. I weighed myself this morning and I was at 82.7kg. I swear to you I cannot remember in the past 10 years of my life ever being that light. EVER. That was kind of awesome. I can't wait till I am successfully out of the overweight BMI range. 13 kg to go... lol but I am getting ahead of myself. I need to win this dietbet first!!!
