Good job! So proud of you! Things get super tough, and you can't help but have those angry bursts sometimes. My all-time stress reliever is sleep lol! Believe it or not, it really helps me. I've been trying to direct my stress relief method to working out though.

Thank you! And yes, sleep is a big stress reliever for me. But I'd really like to start working out when I get stressed, which is a lot lately. It seems like a great method to instantly feel better.
