Water. I drink a glass of water if I'm having having intense cravings. That helps... most of the time. If it doesn't work, half of the time I will give in to the craving and have only one portion and the other times I go for a low cal substitution. I've found that by regularly eating low-sodium and low-sugar meals, I have far fewer cravings overall. I hope that helps you too. :)
