I'm about halfway through one of my DietBet4's and only at 2/3's of my goal weight. I'd like to be further along to have a bit of a cushion in at the end of the contest for fluctuations.

 

Time to turn it up a notch.

 

Reading through one of jillian Michael's blogs I found an article about those hard to loose last pounds.

So for the next two weeks I'm going to turn my workouts up a notch by increasing my cardio.

I'm already halfway there with usual workout days giving me at least 30 minutes of 84% or more maximum heart rate intensity.  So next week I'm going to try to increase it to atleast 45 minutes.
