No, it's not too much to ask for. We've been trained since very young to use food as a reward, as a soother, as a relief for sadness, as a celebration, etc., etc. Is it any wonder we have such a love/hate relationship with food? As we peel off the pounds, we run into these teachings and have to learn our way through to new paradigms about food. Keep going. I'm right there with you.
