Monday (29)
So yesterday was good. I knew I really had to get my act together because weight out was this week. So I tried to be as diligent as possible with both my nutrition and my excercise.
I had a delicious breakfast of banana pancakes and greek yogurt with berries and some green tea. Lunch was alright. It was sweet potato salad with egg drop soup and a little ground beef hamburger.
I was also tempted at work. As soon as I got in the office one of my coworkers comes to tell me that there is a piece of cake waiting for me in the fridge. I have a big sweet tooth and I am especially weak when it is right there. But I didn't give in!!! GO ME! I got home put on my workout clothes and ran. It was a good run and I took it easier than usual because I think I pulled something on saturday. But like I said the run went well without a hitch.
I got home drank my shake and began cooking for dinner which was yummy! At first I thought I made too much broccoli but it was like the perfect amount. Then I read a little and bam lights out!!!
I woke up at 6:15am today feeling like new. I was very hopeful that I had shed all the water weight from this past weekend but that wasn't so. I weighed in at 83.6 which is .3 kg away from my goal weight (mind you I reached my goal weight a week ago -_-'). I refuse to believe that I ruined this for me. For the next two days my body is a TEMPLE. I WILL WIN THIS MONTHS DIET BET DAMMIT!

- Snacks: protein shake, orange, pumpkin seeds

Excercise: 7.1 km run/jog/walk
