Today, I started to break in the new hiking boots. I walked two miles on the Conotton Creek Trail which, I admit, wasn't far, but with all the water I'm drinking, it was far enough. 

I did fifteen minutes on the eliptical last night, also. Just keep moving. Just keep moving.

Wouldn't it be great if the weight just dropped off like crazy this month? Wouldn't it be great if I lost way more than the 4% for the DietBet and was just that much closer to my goal? 

My knees are a little achy, as are my feet, but it's no big thing. Being thin is a big thing. I want to be thin. Eye on the prize. 

And the money is not the prize.
