I downloaded this free app for my iphone called HealthyWalk. It's supposed to track how many steps I take each day. I don't know that it's completely accurate, but I do know that I take more steps than I would if it weren't tracking my movements. A LOT more steps. Like sweat dribbling down my back more steps.

I did twenty minutes on the eliptical this evening and did not eat the box of donut holes on the kitchen island. 

So everything is moving along and, hopefully the scales will be in agreement tomorrow morning.

I'm undecided about whether I like that app or not.
