Started running and doing yoga again. However - since moving back to Philly - the eating has been a HUGE problem. Treats that I would indulge sparingly are not back on a semi-daily basis. Time to get back into control!
I enjoyed my first experience with DietBet but I believe the month is too short to see habit change. I believe that the 10% target is healthly and will put me back into a my 'fighting' weight range.
I have a few more days to dump the tea buscuits, scones and ice cream out of the kitchen and get back to proper food shopping again.
