(Monday)
So yesterday was an ok day. I had a smaller breakfast than usual because I had such a calorie heavy day yesterday (No regrets!). I just had two more classes to teach and then I would be free for the next two weeks!! Free as in I don’t have to teach anymore classes but I still have to come to work. Womp. Lol.
Anyway yesterday was also our last day of school lunch! More opportunities to eat a better lunch! I am now officially in charge of my breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the next two weeks. I HAVE to make the next two weeks count for me nutrition-wise because I won’t have this kind of control over lunch again until July!
I had a 2.5 hour meeting for work yesterday a bit after lunch and I was ravenous! I ate pineapples and edamame and drank almost 2 liters of water lol.
I got home and I was weirdly still hungry. I drank some water and tea but the hunger persisted. So I decided to eat some greek yogurt with jam. That made it feel a bit better but still hungry. At that point I just said eff it and had a early dinner: Steak, with mushrooms, onions, and broccoli. It was DELICIOUS. After that I was officially satisfied. I listened to a Freakonomics podcast and then read some Game of Thrones.
Yesterday was the first rest day I took seriously and actually rested. I am ready to run my 8K today! >=]

- Lunch: Chicken, Cabbage Soup, and CAKE!
- Dinner: Beef Filet, Broccoli, Onion, Mushroom, Olive Oil
- Snacks: Pineapple, Edamame, Crasins, Greek Yogurt with Jam
Sleep: 8 Hours
Water: 3-4 Liters
Exercise: REST DAY! Woop woop
