Monday
Yesterday was an ok day. I had a good breakfast and lunch. I rushed home right after work because it was my teachers' going away party.
I was not a total train wreck per-se but I was definitely not on my nutritional game. I thankfully kept my drinking to minimum. Considering that it was all you can drink and I had only two glasses of wine and beer I think I did well. But there were a couple of fried foods involved. And four servings of dessert...
This is my cry for help. lol. I love sweets. There is no denying it. I will not deny myself either because I know it will make me unhappy/want it mor. I am on the search for healthy dessert recipes! Prefferably ones that use cocoa powder. But at this point I will take anything.
I'm desperate lol.
Nutrition:
- Breakfast: Warm Quinoa Cereal
- Lunch: Salmon, Cauliflower, Sweet Potato with Bean, Tomato, Avocado, Lettuce salad
- Dinner: Japanese Course Dinner (it was super healthy and fresh; it was the after party that wasn't so healthy...) fried chicken, fried vegetables, I did stay away from the french fries though
I figured that if I was going to eat something fried I might as well eat something with more nutritional value lol - Snacks: Protein Shake, Edamame, Pineapple
Sleep: 6 Hours
Water: 3 Liters
Exercise: 7.22km (6:46/km)
