I figure it's update time. I've been eating better drinking water and hitting the gym 3+ times a week now for about a month. I dropped 8lbs fairly quick and easy, now I think I am retaining water and my weight is fluctuating a few lbs morning to evening and not dropping. *sigh* from what I read its water to feed my new muscles *flex* but I want to numbers to go down!!! *whines* alright I'll suck it up for a few weeks. Come on body adjust adjust! Working out is good for you. You like it really you do~

Shannon, try not to become obsessed with the scale. I would avoid weighing yourself more than once a day. In fact, I recommend once a week or every few days. sometimes the day to day fluctuations can be so disappointing. You know when you are sticking with the program. trust it and you WILL lose
Shannon, Congratulations on losing 8 pounds!!! That's great news!!! I know this is a challenge, & we're concerned about the scale, but hang in there!!! You'll see a difference on the scale soon!!! :-)
