I can say without a doubt the ab-challenge was so incredibly hard to do. It was hard to stay motivated, it was physically hard to do the next day, it was mentally exhausting to know I let myself get so far out of shape that I couldn't even do a few little situps. Well I have TWO days left of this ab-challenge. TWO DAYS!!! I kind of gave up on myself and my goals for some reason. I started in May wanting to do this ab-challenge. I made it to the first rest day (day 4). Then I started back up in June I made it to day 12. Then I had a good heart to heart in the mirror in the middle of July. I do NOT like to look at myself in the mirror and I was down right ashamed to look at myself. Today I looked in the mirror and smiled. I didn't smile because I am "HOT". I smiled because I am finishing a GOAL I set for myself. I am TWO DAYS AWAY FROM THIS GOAL!!!

I asked in a previous post, what YOU do for exercise so I can get more ideas. Well I have decided to continue with the ab-challenge. Only this time I will go backwards. It is working for me. Why change it right now?!?! My goal for this diet bet was to stay motivated. I AM MOTIVATED!!! We are in this already 11 days. I was working out a week plus before the dietbet started. I can say without a doubt I am proud of myself for making goals and seeing them through 'til the end. 

 

My new GOALS:

I will complete this ab-challenge. I will then start over with the ab-challenge. Only this time I will NOT take a rest day. I took 3 rest days this time. (FYI, if you do the ab-challenge I highly recommend not taking the rest days. For me personally it was even harder starting up the following day.)

I will do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day.

I am going to stay motivated through this dietbet challenge.

As far as weight goes I am happy to lose any amount I would love to lose 1 lb a week. If I get more I will take it, but my goal is to lose at least 1 lb a week. 

When this dietbet is over, I plan on doing another one. :) My exercise through the next diet bet will be Insanity. I have done it before and gave up on it. NOT THIS TIME!!! 

For me this dietbet is truly motivational. It sends emails every morning with very good tips. It said at the begininng to write blogs and it will help you. I am and it is! I am not the best writer in the world by anymeans, but I am writing what and how I feel. I write like I talk. I can say writing on this blog has helped me tremendously. I also highly recommend doing so. It is okay to get out of your comfort zone. I have broken through that zone many times already using dietbet. You need to find what motivates you. For me I am searching for new goals to reach and I am loving using dietbet to reach them. (LOL I sound like a spokes person for dietbet LOL)
