Kim, I know it's hard, but please listen to your body. You really don't want to overdo it & cause more damage to yourself. Do what you can when you can. Always remember: 80% of weight loss is food, & 20% is exercise. I'm dealing with severe lower back pain & joint pain in my hands & feet, so I can definitely relate. As long as you're eating healthy & working out when you can, you'll still win this challenge. Hope you get some relief soon!!! :-)
