I reached my goal weight last year, and when I had to move, not being able to afford health food and my bipolar disorder going out of wack, I gained the weight back.  Now I can't afford to lose even $30, I'm going to take on the Shaun T Summer Body Challenge to motivate me to get back on track.  

I will be utilizing my Couch to 5K app, ZCut Power Cardio, and some Shaun T workouts, also I have a Spartan Race Super in Vegas coming up on the 17th.  Aside from fitness, of course I'm going to be taking care of my diet.  MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES!  And definitely, MORE WATER!!!

My 4% (right now) is about 5.6 lbs.  I got this!
