Kristen, that is great. So happy for you. I have a mental block for jumping jacks also along with burpees. But because of this. I am going to add them in. I will start tonight and keep going until I can do a full minute of each. Great post, and thanks for motivating me. I needed this push at this time. I have been faulting a little the last couple of weeks. I don't want to give up. So Yeah!!! As of today no cheat meals the rest of this month.
