Hi Kirsten, I just wanted to tell you that my shins always hurt when I exercised, but I really wanted to take up running. I decided to ignore the pain and just keep going. This was quite a while ago so I don't remember how long it took, but basically the pain just stopped. I don't get it anymore. I hope the same thing happens to you!
