Last year around this time I was involved in a Biggest Loser Challenge that my work put on. I thought it was going to be the same old deal where I workout and don't lose any weight. But, I went on this crazy diet that my friend had recommended. I came in 2nd. The only problem was that I was afraid of food after it was over and afraid to NOT get a workout in everyday. This is NOT healthy.
So now I am working on the healthy balance of working out and eating right MOST of the time. I do not fear when I stray and enjoy a cheat food because I love food! If I miss a day of working out because my muscles and bones are craving a day of rest, I enjoy it! But I needed some motivation to lose the rest of the weight I was aiming for in the Biggest Loser Competition, so here I am. I figure money is pretty motivational considering my success last year! I am hoping this site provides the accountability I need to stick to it and try my hardest to become a healthier version of me!
