Yesterday (Monday) was a great day!! It felt super good to get back on track again. Since starting this dietbet I have come to like Mondays more and more because I know that because it’s a weekday I will have full control over that day.
Anyway, yesterday morning I had a nice breakfast. I have discovered that when I eat breakfast at 8 am I will definitely be hungry by 11 AM. Lunch isn’t served until 12:15. So in order to last that long I have started eating my breakfast a bit later (around 9:30). But I wake up at 6:15 so at 8:00AM I’m pretty hungry! So in order to last till 9:30 I drink a cup of coffee with whole milk and so far it has worked!! I feel great and I’m not ravenous by the time that lunch is served.
After I got home I got dressed to run. It was raining outside so I wasn’t too excited but I went anyway. Thank God I did!!! It was such an amazing run!! I hadn’t ran for three days at that point so I’m guessing my legs were super ready to run again lol. I decided to have a light dinner that night because I had such a calorie heavy weekend. I was a bit hungry around 9 so I had greek yogurt with mango sauce for dessert. All in all I had an awesome day!
