Week #5
Starting pretty much like it always does. 3 hour workout, got 70 minutes of high intensity in, thus passing my usual 60 minute goal for the day. This is how Mondays usually start the week.
The trick has been keeping it up. Last week I got in Monday, Tuesday, obliterated Wednesday and Thursday was the usual no go. Friday managed to get 45 minutes. Saturday I slept in for like 13 hours.
This week I'm hoping for better than usual results, I would like to see 4 solid days.
I got Bri_GetFit's DietBet weigh out coming up on Wednesday. I needed .4 pounds to make it. This workout should've gone through sufficient fat calories to burn that much off. So tomorrow's workout should give me a bit of breathing space before the final weigh out.
