So getting back into the fitness game. Trying to try new workout classes and get motivated. I joined fitmob which is allowing me to explore differerent new workout classes in my area and most studios are unlimited per month which is awesome. Ran 3 miles today, 20 minutes of elliptical and going to a Pilates Sculpt class. I did purebarre last night and my bum is sore! I am excited to try Jazzercise tomorrow!
My only issue right now is my eating. I don't feel like I have the self control to monitor everything I am eating. I have such a strict schedule and life that the last thing I want to do is count, budget or tally things-which is frustrating because I know it works! I also would love to cut out carbs/sugar but being a poor student, sometimes people give out free food and I can't say no! If you have any suggestions let me know :)
